At Passion for Linen, we strive for the highest quality in our products. If something is wrong with your purchase, we will do our utmost to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily.
What does the warranty cover?
All items you purchase from us come with the legal warranty. This means that a product must meet what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect.
Our warranty covers:
- Products that arrive damaged.
- Products that become defective within one year under normal use (manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year on manufacturing defects and faults).
If you make a warranty claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.
When does the warranty not apply?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by intent or negligence.
- Improper use.
- Insufficient maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to failure to follow the instructions correctly.
