Returns

It may happen that you are not completely satisfied with your order. No problem! Orders may be returned within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, please keep your track & trace information.

Please follow the steps below to return your order:

Step 1: Indicate on the packing slip which items you wish to return.
Step 2: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
Step 3: Send the package to the following address:

Step 4: Bring the package to a parcel drop-off point of a carrier of your choice.
Step 5: Keep the track & trace code until the correct amount has been refunded to your account.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return can be processed correctly, the following conditions apply:

  • For hygiene reasons, items may not be removed from the packaging.
  • Would you like to feel the fabric? The packaging may be opened, but the product must not be unfolded.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  • The parcel must be sufficiently stamped/franked.
  • If a product is returned unfolded, we reserve the right to refund a maximum of 70% of the product value.
  • Passion for Linen is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please keep your track & trace code until the refund has been completed.

Processing & Refund

Once we have received the return parcel and checked the items, you will receive a confirmation email.

We aim to process returns within 3–5 working days after receipt.
The refund will then be issued as soon as possible. Our goal is to complete the refund within 7 working days after processing.

 

Exchanges

Would you like a different size, color, or product? Please place a new order via our webshop to ensure the desired item is still in stock.
